So you look in your fridge and think, "What you get then" !
One Tomato, Quarter slice of Red Pepper, Loads of small onions, and some garlic, not forgettin a jar of Red Thai Curry Paster, which contains in itself. (Water, Vegtable Oil, Lemongrass, Garlic Puree, Fish Sauce) First five importance !
One chicken breast (mine had been frozen and bagged separatly when I bought a tray of six, in freezer bags), I defrost in the Microwave, never harmed me yet !
Okay, I diced really small tonight whilst listening to music on the record player.
One Tomato. Diced small
One Onions, Diced Small
Quarter Red Pepper, Diced Small
One Garlic Clove finely diced
Chicken breast, cut along the width and down the length for nice even lines.
Me, I just put it all into together, with a hint of water, cool water, around about a quarter cup, if that.
Okay lets gets some Basmati rice on the go. I'm eating alone as normal, so into my cookie jar goes my hand, I grab and what comes out goes in the medium sized saucepan, then run the tap over the rice till it's just about covered and some of the grain float, medium heat, and where off !
This is gonna take you about ten minutes now on an even keel, so once your chicken looks sealed get your Red Thai Paste and add about three to four tea spoons. (Hey make it yourself if you want)
Makes sure its not to hot, bring it off the heat and add a few drops from the tap, or filter jug, either or is good.
Put it back on around the mid med heat and let it get up there for about five minutes, you should see it steaming not bubbling or bouncing, the water is vaporziting. By now your rice should be just about ready. Drain any excess water and then place the rice in a breakfast bowl.
Make a small insertion in the middle and apply the contents of the cook.
Make sure something red is on top, get yourself a pint of water and kick back !

Now I know what yor thinking, thats the same as Red Thai Curry.
No it ain't cause this one goes to 11.
